One of the great things about this Christmas season is that there are so many foods for sample. Last Saturday, while we were doing grocery shopping, we spotted this booth that give away free sample of ham and cheese macaroni salad. Yearly, this brand of mayonnaise create salad recipes for Christmas. Last year they did macaroni fruit salad, this year, aside from the ham and cheese macaroni salad, they are also doing apple macaroni waldorf salad.
The food sample was great. Despite the cheese bits, it wasn't really salty; but sadly, the family aren't doing any mayonnaise based salad this year. I still haven't come up with a menu for this year's Christmas feast, come to think of it. Any suggestions?
