V = Vodka

Drunk?

This was a "staged" photo, when I saw my cat Paborito sleeping. My sister brought some bottles of liquor from the night before (she had a food and beverage as well as basic bartending lessons that time), and seeing the cat lie like this and seeing the Vodka bottle nearby made me think of doing a fun photo shoot, because when this cat is asleep, he is really asleep.

Despite the sweet look, some still say he looked as if he was dead drunk. I consider this as one of my favorite pictures for this year.

Too cute. I have a black cat, but he is a light sleeper. He just took a trip with me to Powell River, BC, by ferry. I invite you to come take a ride for yourself. -- Margy

Jenn, the Foodie

I come from a family who loves cooking and eating. I never had any formal training in cooking and that I taught myself how to cook based on the handed down recipes, but I could say that I can cook good food. In 2008, I started documenting my food trips for my travel blog, and since I have quite enough to start a food blog, might as well put all those food trips in one location. Thus, a food blog is born - thanks to the new Friendster Blogs. However, due to several problems, I was left with no choice but to pack bags again and move here instead. Here's the permanent address, promise! Enough talk, let the food trippin' begin! {Know More About Me}
