This is just my fourth Food Quote post, but I am already having a difficult time thinking what to post. Hahahaha. One reason is that I don't want to repeat images as much as possible, and because I can only take pictures of food when we eat out and when I try out recipes from magazines, I don't have that much "uncategorized" photos.
This one was taken last March, and was the last time I ate bacon here at home. Seven months of no bacon... oh man. Good thing there's the carbonara when we eat out, I still get to taste bacon every once in a while. Just like Homer Simpson, bacon is my favorite animal. It's probably my most favorite processed meat! When I lived with my college best friend during my last year in college, she and I eat a lot of bacon, and every weekend, I see to it that my grocery basket has a pack of bacon. The way I want it? Cooked just before it reaches the crispy stage - I don't like crispy bacon, I still prefer it a bit soft.
I know bacon is all fatty, but I still love eating it with rice and some mayonnaise. Bacon and mayo just blend well together. If only bacon is not that expensive...
