Lady's Choice Mayonnaise Fluffy Eggs

Scrambled eggs isn't my favorite way to cook eggs, but when I first heard of Fluffy Scrambled Eggs, I already hoped to cook it. I have seen the Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise videos and TVCs, and read a few blog posts about it, but I still haven't really tried it, until a few days ago.

Breakfast

Fluffy Scrambled Eggs
{Serves 3 - 4}

Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Lady's Choice Mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
How to Cook:
  • Beat eggs until frothy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • In another bowl, put Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise. Slowly pour the beaten eggs while whisking the mixture together until well blended.
  • Heat oil in frying pan. Add the beaten eggs, keep stirring, without overcooking.

It turned out okay, but not as fluffy as I hoped it would be... and my brother said it's because I didn't stir it early enough. As for it's taste... I'd say I liked it. It was indeed fluffy and has this melt in your mouth feeling. It may not be my favorite way of cooking eggs, but I'd sure try this again sometime.

tried it too and ye,s it does make the eggs fluffy! i wonder if it's healthy or too high in cholesterol or something.. haha imagine eggs + mayonnaise... since I don't like mayonnaise, i make this not for myself though. xD

Gives the egg a different taste but it's a good different but like what u8mypinkcookies said parang too much cholesterol na.

Wow, this is a different recipe, I will try it out. I usually take some of the egg white and whisk it fluffy, then I add it back to the rest of the eggs. Like this it gets fluffy, but not as rich as with Mayonnaise
your fluffy eggs look yummy!

Jenn, the Foodie

I come from a family who loves cooking and eating. I never had any formal training in cooking and that I taught myself how to cook based on the handed down recipes, but I could say that I can cook good food. In 2008, I started documenting my food trips for my travel blog, and since I have quite enough to start a food blog, might as well put all those food trips in one location. Thus, a food blog is born - thanks to the new Friendster Blogs. However, due to several problems, I was left with no choice but to pack bags again and move here instead. Here's the permanent address, promise! Enough talk, let the food trippin' begin! {Know More About Me}
