Fluffy Scrambled Eggs
{Serves 3 - 4}
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Lady's Choice Mayonnaise
- salt and pepper (to taste)
How to Cook:
- Beat eggs until frothy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- In another bowl, put Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise. Slowly pour the beaten eggs while whisking the mixture together until well blended.
- Heat oil in frying pan. Add the beaten eggs, keep stirring, without overcooking.
It turned out okay, but not as fluffy as I hoped it would be... and my brother said it's because I didn't stir it early enough. As for it's taste... I'd say I liked it. It was indeed fluffy and has this melt in your mouth feeling. It may not be my favorite way of cooking eggs, but I'd sure try this again sometime.
