Weight Loss Tip

I am a person who have always tried to lose weight, but it was just now that I really gave my whole heart in it. While back reading on my very first blog, I came across this comic strip:

Pugad Baboy by Pol Medina

Sent to me by a friend who wanted to remain anonymous, I really laughed when he sent this to me a few years ago. However, as a foodie, I don't think I could apply this to myself because I just love cooking and eating. I guess losing weight isn't solely based on not eating food. It's a combination of exercise and moderate eating. Being a foodie, I don't want to hinder myself in trying out new dishes and cooking recipes from different media. The way I can merge two things is to make sure I eat just enough even if the food tasted great. If I overeat somehow, I will just see to it that I double to exercise. After all, weight loss equals to burning more calories.

I still am living to eat, but instead of eating using big plates, I am using a saucer. Hahaha!

I've read this when I was in gr.4 and to be honest, i was like "noooooooo wayyy!" hahaha! But yeah, you aren't supposed to deprive yourself (which I always say in my blog entries lol!) because you can eat anything you want! It's all about balancing everything out (and yeah, it's kinda hard at first) but hey, i'm sure you can do it!!! :D

Jenn, the Foodie

I come from a family who loves cooking and eating. I never had any formal training in cooking and that I taught myself how to cook based on the handed down recipes, but I could say that I can cook good food. In 2008, I started documenting my food trips for my travel blog, and since I have quite enough to start a food blog, might as well put all those food trips in one location. Thus, a food blog is born - thanks to the new Friendster Blogs. However, due to several problems, I was left with no choice but to pack bags again and move here instead. Here's the permanent address, promise! Enough talk, let the food trippin' begin! {Know More About Me}
