Milk on My Coffee
Growing up, I am used to putting powdered milk on my coffee, and in college, I got to appreciate a cup of coffee the way my best friend wants it to - with evaporated milk. Here in the house, we are now accustomed in using coffee creamer instead of milk.
I had this cup of delicious coffee in Las Palmas Hotel in Malate. I am not sure if this one's fresh milk or evaporated milk, but tasting it certainly brought back memories when I was still using milk for my coffee.

Jenn, the Foodie
I come from a family who loves cooking and eating. I never had any formal training in cooking and that I taught myself how to cook based on the handed down recipes, but I could say that I can cook good food. In 2008, I started documenting my food trips for my travel blog, and since I have quite enough to start a food blog, might as well put all those food trips in one location. Thus, a food blog is born - thanks to the new Friendster Blogs. However, due to several problems, I was left with no choice but to pack bags again and move here instead. Here's the permanent address, promise! Enough talk, let the food trippin' begin! {Know More About Me}

Salamat sa pagbisita :)
Dito sa lugar ko naman, everybody uses fresh milk. Maybe because there are more cows than people hahaha! It's good. But hubby likes coffee creamer so we keep some at home.
I have this habit of... "literally eating" coffee creamer hahaha! Parang pulburon....
Ohhhhhhh....coffffeeee....I'm so addicted to this stuff! Great photo.
Coffee??? I can't go without coffee in a day. I guess, I'm very much addicted to it. Truly, one, two or more mug of coffee make my day. If I won't take coffee for a day, pretty sure, my head is aching.
nice shot! i love milk and i dont like coffee. lols!
Evap milk with coffee - I remember this was how my lola used to have her occasional cup of coffee or hot chocolate when I was much younger.
Thanks for bringing back great memories!
And btw, nice composition!

have a great week,jenn.
used to be coffee addict. no coffee means whole day of headache. until i finally withdrew from it. now i still drink coffee. but not everyday. i like it brewed with fresh milk and sugar.
I have never tried evaporated milk in my coffee. I am sure it would be good. As long as the coffee is not black, I can drink it, happily.
pareho tayo. i am taking evaporated milk more and more. at first, it started with champorado which the family likes with evaporated milk. then i used it with my chocolate drinks. now, i am even using it with coffee!
