Fish Lumpia
What do you do when you got a bowl-ful of fish dish that no one would want to eat again? Make lumpia!
Mom bought a lot of salmon and cooked it a la sinigang, and because it would be Christmas day the next day, not only do we need space in the fridge, we also need to "dispose" it right away because if we won't, we would still have it in the fridge. =)
I suggested brother to make it into a lumpia because one time, we had some tuna left overs and he made it into fishballs - a big hit to my friends when they went here. Brother immediately flaked it and prepared it, but it was cooked on Christmas day, as one of the dishes served to our guests for lunch.
It was delicious. Now, we are starting to prefer fish lumpia better than the ground pork.

Jenn, the Foodie
I come from a family who loves cooking and eating. I never had any formal training in cooking and that I taught myself how to cook based on the handed down recipes, but I could say that I can cook good food. In 2008, I started documenting my food trips for my travel blog, and since I have quite enough to start a food blog, might as well put all those food trips in one location. Thus, a food blog is born - thanks to the new Friendster Blogs. However, due to several problems, I was left with no choice but to pack bags again and move here instead. Here's the permanent address, promise! Enough talk, let the food trippin' begin! {Know More About Me}
