Banana Loaf

Banana Bread Banana Bread

The Banana Bread / Loaf has been a favorite bread of mine since I was a kid. I love how it smelled and look like - and how it makes me full to carry on a long day at school. If the canteen didn't have any pansit (noodles) to sell, I always look forward to eating this during break time.

This bread was something I bought from Max's Corner Bakery. Like most of their breads and cakes, this one's lightly sweet, and what I liked most is that the bread is slightly dense - just one slice is already enough to give one a fulfilling snack or breakfast.

Try the one from Baguio Country Club!! I also love the one from Red Ribbon, but too bad they stopped selling loaf-sized banana cakes. :(

Hello.
What a coincidence...my wife made some banana bread earlier this evening. I love the stuff with a nice cup of hot, steaming tea.
Thanks for sharing.

I come from a family who loves cooking and eating. I never had any formal training in cooking and that I taught myself how to cook based on the handed down recipes, but I could say that I can cook good food. In 2008, I started documenting my food trips for my travel blog, and since I have quite enough to start a food blog, might as well put all those food trips in one location. Thus, a food blog is born - thanks to the new Friendster Blogs. However, due to several problems, I was left with no choice but to pack bags again and move here instead. Here's the permanent address, promise! Enough talk, let the food trippin' begin! {Know More About Me}
