
Weekends are typically the days when most of us in the family are just lazy to cook food. =) For lunch yesterday, mom reheated some left over and cooked this macaroni dish. At first glance, it just look like typical baked mac, but the unusual about it was that this was stove top cooked using my mom's stainless steel cookware (which you can just cover and let the heat trapped inside cook the food). Another unusual thing about this was that mom added the leftover chicken sisig as the pasta's meat. Hmmm... it was good, actually.
I used a measuring cup to present the dish.
