Napoli Ristorante Pasta Putanesca

Usually on a Friday night, my mom would watch movies and eat out with friends at work. Last Friday, they went to watch Kimmy Dora and when she got home, she asked me if I wanted to eat some "mid-night" (at it was around 9pm) snacks. I told her I will just reheat it for breakfast tomorrow.

Pasta Putanesca

Mom took home leftovers of their Pasta Putanesca, which they had at Napoli Ristorante (SM Fairview). The leftover wasn't that much, but it was good enough for me to have a hearty breakfast as my sister isn't into this type of pasta.

I am slowly loving the taste of black olives. I love that it's tangy yet salty. Actually, this pasta dish I loved because it was flavorful. The tomatoes cut the saltiness of the olives, and the mushrooms felt like I was eating meat.

Thanks for the take home, mom.

Jenn, the Foodie

I come from a family who loves cooking and eating. I never had any formal training in cooking and that I taught myself how to cook based on the handed down recipes, but I could say that I can cook good food. In 2008, I started documenting my food trips for my travel blog, and since I have quite enough to start a food blog, might as well put all those food trips in one location. Thus, a food blog is born - thanks to the new Friendster Blogs. However, due to several problems, I was left with no choice but to pack bags again and move here instead. Here's the permanent address, promise! Enough talk, let the food trippin' begin! {Know More About Me}
