All Beef Salisbury Steak

All Beef Salisbury Steak

Late April this year, I was one of the invited bloggers to attend the Red Ribbon event. In that event, we were able to taste their newly improved dishes, and one of those dishes was the all-beef salisbury steak.

I am not sure how the former salisbury steak tasted, but it was really delicious. Well, they serve it with mashed potatoes, but I think people can opt to have rice instead of the mashed potatoes if they want to. Another blogger whom I met at the event told that the new dish tasted way much better that it was first released.

mukhang tasty talaga, Jenn. I think the potato is the better choice. I guess pInoys should learn how to enjoy the potatoes the way they enjoy eating rice with meat dishes.

Gutom na ako, Jenn. :)

Jenn, the Foodie

I come from a family who loves cooking and eating. I never had any formal training in cooking and that I taught myself how to cook based on the handed down recipes, but I could say that I can cook good food. In 2008, I started documenting my food trips for my travel blog, and since I have quite enough to start a food blog, might as well put all those food trips in one location. Thus, a food blog is born - thanks to the new Friendster Blogs. However, due to several problems, I was left with no choice but to pack bags again and move here instead. Here's the permanent address, promise! Enough talk, let the food trippin' begin! {Know More About Me}
