My first time to join Cultural Connections. If I get it right, this meme talks about cultural foods, and so for the month of August, my post will be all about Vigan Foods.
Vigan City is my most favorite place, and not only is it a very beautiful place, so many foods were also associated with it. I guess part of the Philippine culture is to have each region or province their own version of the longganisa (sausage). Vigan Longganisa is quite small, yet very delicious.
