Since cousin Jayson left (he is now based in Laguna), the family isn't into planning the meals anymore, and would just cook whatever food is available, but during most times, my sister and I would eat pasta, regardless of what we put in it. Sometimes, we'd just add butter in the newly cooked pasta and sprinkle it with grated cheese and we'd rave about how good our lunch was. For this day, though, I cooked carbonara, because I noticed that the cream in the fridge has been sitting there for a few days.
Cooking this, I used ground beef and some slices of Vienna Sausage and canned button mushrooms. Very simple sauce - I just added the cream and some evaporated milk to the cooked beef, sausage, and mushroom, and waited 'til it thickened. I also added a dash of nutmeg and Italian seasoning to add a little flavor.
