Mom celebrated her 60th birthday yesterday, and of course this very special occasion shouldn't pass without a celebration. So many foods were served that day (we had the party here in the house), but I decided to share this cake, because half of this cake was from the GC I got when I attended the Red Ribbon event. It was so nice when you get to see (and taste) the product of your "hardwork." Hehehehe.

I come from a family who loves cooking and eating. I never had any formal training in cooking and that I taught myself how to cook based on the handed down recipes, but I could say that I can cook good food. My mom will turn 60 on Sept 26. She asked me to prepare a Tuna-Waldorf salad for her.
