Snacks at JBee

Last May, when brother and I went to La Union, I asked him if we can go see that Thunderbird Resorts in San Fernando because they said it looked a lot like Santorini in Greece. When we arrived in San Fernando, raindrops fell, and we thought we might as well cancel the trip to the resort and just eat some snacks at Jollibee. It has been a long time since I last at JBee, so I really binged that day! Well, this heavy snack was a lifesaver for us, for after we ate, the rains have stopped and we were able to check out the resorts. =)

Sprinkled with Cheese

Once, my brother cooked pizza using the turbo broiler. I already posted a picture of it sometime ago, this was another shot from the set. I am not really into cheese, but when it comes to pizza, I love mine with lots of it!

Sadly, we can't just do that because our mom might scold us for grating all the cheese. =) Hopefully, the next time there's a homemade pizza here, it will be smothered (not just sprinkled) with cheese. And if it's not much to ask, I really am hoping it'll be mozzarella cheese, and not just the ordinary quick melt cheddar cheese like the one used here.

Fried Rice

Here in the house, breakfast is the most seldom meal we eat. Maybe because some were busy preparing for the day, or some would still be in bed, or we just don't really have the knack for eating breakfast. I myself oftentimes eat at 9am and I would already include my lunch to it.

But of course, there were times when I would really get hungry upon waking up in the morning, and for a person who's not really into bread, I wanted to eat rice. However, the time I cooked this we only had 1 hotdog and 1 slice of sweet ham in the fridge. What I did was to slice the ham and hotdog into bits, and added it in left over rice. Instant meal for me! =)
