Max's Seafood Selections Promo

If you're a Catholic, you very well know that tomorrow is Ash Wednesday, the start of Lenten Season. It's time once again to reflect and to cut back on some of the good things we do in excess - like eating meat.

Max's Restaurant, one of the country's leading fast-casual dining restaurant, will be one of the food places that would take part of the season by offering non-meat dishes through their Seafood Selections Promo. From March 8 to April 30 of this year, diners can get a frequency card with six slots, and once the card is filled up, the diner can get a "Chicken All You Want" gift certificate.

Promo Mechanics:
  • Customer gets a Seafood Selections promo card upon purchase of any of the featured dishes together with a glass of Pepsi.
  • To complete the Seafood Selections promo card, 3 slots must be filled up by purchasing the specific products assigned to them. The remaining 3 slots can be filled up by purchasing any of the other Seafood Selections. All purchase must have a glass of Pepsi.
  • Upon completion of stickers, customer must surrender a filled up Seafood Selections promo card to redeem a Chicken-All-You-Can gift certificate.
  • Stickers may be obtained from March 8 to April 30, 2011.
  • Redemption of Chicken-All- You-Can gift certificate will be from March 8 to June 30, 2011, but will be valid 1 year from redemption date.
  • Promo runs from March 8 to April 30, 2011 - valid for dine-in and take out orders only and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promos or discounts.

What are the dishes part of the Seafood Selections?

There's: Spicy Laing Tilapia, Camaron Rebosado, Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet, Fish Fillet in Black Bean Sauce, Sinigang na Hipon, Sinigang na Tiyan ng Bangus, and Steamed Fish Fillet in Light Soy.

It is very possible that the card will be filled up at once - like when a family or group of friends decided to get the 3 specific dishes in the frequency card along with 3 other dishes part of the selection. However, only one frequency card can be used per table.

It's true that Lenten Season is the time we cut back on our meat intake, but it doesn't have to bland dishes every now and then. With the Max's Seafood Selections promo, Pinoys can still have a taste of home with each of the dishes.

Jenn, the Foodie

I come from a family who loves cooking and eating. I never had any formal training in cooking and that I taught myself how to cook based on the handed down recipes, but I could say that I can cook good food. In 2008, I started documenting my food trips for my travel blog, and since I have quite enough to start a food blog, might as well put all those food trips in one location. Thus, a food blog is born - thanks to the new Friendster Blogs. However, due to several problems, I was left with no choice but to pack bags again and move here instead. Here's the permanent address, promise! Enough talk, let the food trippin' begin! {Know More About Me}
