"Eat What You Like."

Pancit Malabon

Growing up, my favorite food was the Pancit Palabok... until I got to taste Pancit Malabon. From then on I realized I preferred the thicker noodles compared to the thin ones, and I also loved the combination of different ingredients topping the noodles. Now... if that helped me succeed in life, I couldn't really tell. Hahahaha.

This plate of Pancit Malabon was given by our next door neighbor. Someone is celebrating a birthday, and part of the friendship we have built towards our close neighbors is to give some of the foods served during celebrations. I guess the success of life for us being great friends and treating each other as family members can somehow be devoted to the foods and other things we wholeheartedly shared with one another.

Jenn, the Foodie

I come from a family who loves cooking and eating. I never had any formal training in cooking and that I taught myself how to cook based on the handed down recipes, but I could say that I can cook good food. In 2008, I started documenting my food trips for my travel blog, and since I have quite enough to start a food blog, might as well put all those food trips in one location. Thus, a food blog is born - thanks to the new Friendster Blogs. However, due to several problems, I was left with no choice but to pack bags again and move here instead. Here's the permanent address, promise! Enough talk, let the food trippin' begin! {Know More About Me}
