Halo - Halo

weekend snapshots

Halo - Halo

Yesterday, the family ate out. Everyone was in the mood to eat a lot, so we decided to eat at Mang Inasal. When we ate dinner at Mangan last Friday, mom had halo-halo, so when I saw that Mang Inasal has this on the menu, I ordered one for myself. This was my sister's because it had a scoop of purple yam ice cream, mine actually had no ice cream in it.

I loved their halo-halo. It quickly becomes part of my top best tasting halo-halo. However, if you're planning to eat very heavy at Mang Inasal, don't order this dessert because you might not be able to stand up because your tummy might burst! Hahaha. I was eating my halo-halo for 15 minutes already and it seems my bowl was still full!

One of these days, I will eat there again, but just this, so I could fully enjoy it!

Jenn, the Foodie

I come from a family who loves cooking and eating. I never had any formal training in cooking and that I taught myself how to cook based on the handed down recipes, but I could say that I can cook good food. In 2008, I started documenting my food trips for my travel blog, and since I have quite enough to start a food blog, might as well put all those food trips in one location. Thus, a food blog is born - thanks to the new Friendster Blogs. However, due to several problems, I was left with no choice but to pack bags again and move here instead. Here's the permanent address, promise! Enough talk, let the food trippin' begin! {Know More About Me}
