Patola and Kalabasa with Misua

Patola / Kalabasa with Misua

I noticed that I have been eating lots of meat / fried foods lately, so when sister and I went to the market, I bought some vegetables. The patola is quite expensive at the moment, but I didn't really care, I missed eating this dish!

We weren't able to eat it for dinner that day because mom bought bangus for dinner, so I just cooked this the next day for lunch. If there are more patola in the market, might cook this again next week.

  4. I love this dish! In the Ilonggo version, we don't put kalabasa in it. It's purely patola and miswa. Sarap, kaka-miss ang Pinoy food!
